A very charming and rustic farmhouse table. This large table is from around the late 19th Century. The top is made from three lengths of pine which have been sanded back and varnished. It had been much loved in its previous life and well used for many things but the time had come to recondition the top ready for its next home. the frame is made from Oak and originally had been stained dark then at some point painted white. It now has an authentic shabby look. There is a single central drawer at the front with a round wooden handle. The table is in used condition and has had signs of woodworm but look to be historic and not active. There are marks and knocks which are perfect for this piece and is structurally sound. A wonderful solid piece of furniture.
