Part of todays agenda was to repair the top of the Rivington Drink cabinet. Having suffered from, most probably many a drink spilt on it, time had come to make good best we could. With there being enamel work upon the finish a full sand could not be carried out. Instead we worked from the Gold enamel line inwards and removed the old finish. A stain was then applied and clear coat built up. The pictures for now only show the finish first removed and the first coat of colourant. A cracking cabinet from a prominent Manufacturer.
